Etuhu Signs Two Year Deal

Yesterday Bury added highly sought after Championship midfielder Kelvin Etuhu.

The 26 year old joins us on a two year deal having been released by Barnsley and he brings with him some good experience and pedigree.

He began his career with Manchester City, and has had loan spells with Rochdale, Leicester, Cardiff and Portsmouth.

He was one of 14 players released by Barnsley following their relegation last season to League One.

Apparently the player had a number of options given his experience in both the Premier League and the Championship, but having worked with manager David Flitcroft previously at Barnsley, reuniting with him was obviously a big pull in his decision to drop down to League Two with us as we look for promotion in the coming season.
