Hussey Recalled By Burton

Bury have today confirmed that left back Chris Hussey has been recalled by his parent club with immediate affect.

The defender originally joined us on loan back in March and has gone on to feature eleven times for manager David Flitcroft in that period, scoring two goals at the other end as well.

As part of that deal, Burton retained a 24 hour recall clause and they have now activated that to take him back to the Pirelli Stadium in time for their final game of the season against Southend United and then for any subsequent games in the play off run.

The club thank him for his efforts during his time with us and wish him the best for the future.

He has now returned to Burton, and therefore will play no part in our season ending game against Morecambe on Saturday.
