Rose To Be A Thorn For Bury

Manager David Flitcroft has added a second loan signing on deadline day, this time in the shape of striker Danny Rose.

The 20 year old joins us from Barnsley until the end of the season and signed his first professional contract with them back in 2011.

Since then he has gone on to score twice for them against Burnley and Ipswich last season and has made one substitute appearance so far this campaign.

He has recently signed a new two year extension with his parent club that sees him remain at Oakwell until 2016 so he's clearly rated and obviously somebody our gaffer knows well from his own time at the club.

He goes straight into contention for the game against Northampton Town this weekend and has been handed the No 20 shirt for his time with us.
