'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Blackwell Reflects On Cornwall Camp

Kevin Blackwell has said he has been delighted with everything the team have achieved on our tour of Cornwall.

Speaking to the Official Site Blackwell said he'd been delighted with the performances during the two games, but he was also very pleased with the application of the players on the training pitch as they continue building their fitness and sharpness ahead of the coming campaign.

'It's been a terrific trip for the club and the players have worked very hard in training which was reflected in the two games. I've been delighted with their attitude and their professionalism. The main aim was to create a strong bond withint the squad due to the fact we had so many new faces and from what I've seen we've achieved this and moved forward very quickly.'
